With more than a decade of experience, Erica has a proven track record of strengthening associations. Her areas of expertise include strategic planning, business development, credentialing, government relations and advocacy, partnership development, volunteer recruitment and management, training, and project management. Having spent her career working with local, national, and international non-profits, Erica is passionate about helping mission-driven organizations succeed in meeting the needs of their members and enriching their communities.
Erica holds bachelor's and master's degrees in political science from Ohio University and is a member of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) and the Indiana Society of Association Executives (ISAE). She is a founding member of ISAE's diversity, inclusion, and equity Task Force. Erica is recognized as a Certified Association Executive by ASAE and a Project Management Professional by the Project Management Institute.
